At De Collestia, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process.

Returns Eligibility

You can return your item if:

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• The return is requested within 7 days of delivery
• You have the original packaging and proof of purchase

We do not accept returns for:

• Used, worn, or washed T-shirts
• Custom printed or special edition items (unless defective)
• Orders returned after 7 days

How to Request a Return

2. Provide your:
   • Order number
   • Reason for return
   • Picture of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
3. Our team will verify and approve your return within 1–2 working days.
4. Pack the item securely and hand it over to our courier at the time of pickup.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the item:

• You will be eligible for a refund or exchange
• Refunds are processed via bank transfer or easypaisa/jazzcash within 5–7 business days

Note: Refund does not include shipping charges unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange instead of a refund if:

• You received the wrong size or color
• The product was damaged upon delivery

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing, or before dispatch.
• After dispatch, the return policy applies.
