1. What products do you offer?

De Collestia offers high-quality T-shirts for men and women. Our designs are trendy, comfortable, and made with soft cotton for everyday wear.

2. How can I place an order?

Simply browse our store, choose your size and color, add to cart, and checkout using Cash on Delivery.

3. What payment methods are available?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only across Pakistan.

4. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 working days.

5. Can I return a product?

Yes, within 7 days. Product must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Email your return request to info@decollestia.com.

6. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Contact us immediately on WhatsApp at +923001586480. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it.

7. Do you offer custom designs?

Not at this time. But we are working on expanding customization options in the future.
