At De Collestia, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle orders, deliveries, and any related concerns.

Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) via reliable local courier partners across Pakistan.
• Delivery is made to your doorstep without extra handling fees.

Shipping Coverage

• We ship nationwide in Pakistan.
• Some remote or restricted areas may have limited access or longer delivery times.

Estimated Delivery Time

• Major cities: 2–3 working days
• Remote areas: 4–5 working days

Note: Delivery delays may occur due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen logistics issues.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping is free for orders over Rs. 2,000.
• For orders below Rs. 2,000, a flat Rs. 200 shipping fee is applied at checkout.

Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

• Our courier will make two delivery attempts.
• If no one is available to receive the package, it will be returned to our warehouse, and re-delivery may require extra charges.

Damaged or Missing Items

• Please check the package at the time of delivery.
